Refund Policy

At Sunshine Bloom, we take great care in packing and delivering our handmade soaps safely.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered and opened.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received damaged
- Missing item in the order

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Sunshine Bloom reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or if proper proof is not provided.
